Order through the wholesaler you already use, or open a direct account with us. Service standards, cut‑off times and dispensing support are all set out on the page.
SAS‑B and the Authorised Prescriber Scheme explained, and verified access to our formulary, batch data and clinical support.
Operations
We hold the whole chain, from genetics through to delivery, so a batch can be traced back through it.
We select and stabilise our own cultivars rather than licensing a catalogue. Selection is run against consistency and yield criteria before anything reaches commercial scale.
Controlled‑environment cultivation under Office of Drug Control licence, with environmental parameters and post‑harvest handling documented batch by batch.
Product is manufactured and released under an Australian GMP licence, with a certificate of analysis for every batch.
Supplied to Australian pharmacies through four wholesale partners and by direct account, with the same service standards either way.
Information
The operational detail a pharmacy needs before opening an account is set out on this site rather than given on request.
Order cut‑off, dispatch time, delivery window, minimum order, freight and returns are published on the pharmacy page.
See the numbersA certificate of analysis is available to verified pharmacies and prescribers for every batch we release, as standard.
How access worksOur team supports SAS‑B submissions and the approval documentation your dispense record needs, with a named person on your account.
Access pathwaysDistribution
Alma is carried by four Australian wholesale distributors. If your pharmacy is already registered with any of them, you can order from us today without opening anything new.
Distribution partners are listed as a factual statement of supply arrangements.
Product information
Every product we supply is an unapproved therapeutic good containing a Schedule 4 or Schedule 8 substance. Australian law does not permit those products to be advertised to the public — not their names, not their strengths, not their prices, not a photograph.
So this site does not show them. Product information, batch certificates, stock availability and wholesale pricing sit behind a login that we open only to health professionals whose registration we have checked against the AHPRA public register.
Contact
Enquiries reach a named person on our team, usually the same business day.
