1. Purpose of this website

This website is a business asset of Alma Cannabis Pty Ltd (ABN 22 660 828 240). It provides information about our business to pharmacies, health professionals and commercial partners. It does not contain health advice, product advertising, or a recommendation to use any therapeutic good.

2. No clinical advice

Nothing on this website is medical, clinical or professional advice, and it must not be relied on as a substitute for the judgement of a qualified health practitioner. Regulatory information is general in nature and current only as at the date shown; always confirm requirements with the TGA and the relevant state or territory authority.

3. Health professional access

Product information is made available only to persons within section 42AA of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (Cth) whose registration we have verified. Credentials are personal and must not be shared. You must notify us if your registration lapses or is restricted, or if your credentials are compromised. We may suspend or withdraw access at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to access restricted areas without authorisation, scrape or systematically extract content, reproduce gated material outside your practice or pharmacy, or use this website in a way that breaches any law — including republishing product information in a place where the public can see it.
