We build to WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and we want to hear about it when we fall short.
Our commitment
Alma Cannabis aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the benchmark the Australian Human Rights Commission applies to public‑facing digital services under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth).
What we have done
- Semantic HTML with a single main landmark, a skip link and a logical heading order on every page.
- Text and interface contrast checked against Level AA thresholds.
- All functionality available from the keyboard, with a visible focus indicator that is not obscured.
- Interactive targets of at least 24 × 24 CSS pixels.
- Every form control has a persistent visible label; errors are described in text.
- Motion is subtle and is disabled entirely for visitors who prefer reduced motion.
- Wide tables scroll within their own container so the page never scrolls sideways.
- No content conveyed by colour alone; no automatic audio or video.
