Reports go to our quality team. Please have the batch number ready.

If a patient is unwell right now Treat first. Call 000 in an emergency, or the Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26. Report to us afterwards.

Adverse events should also be reported to the TGA at tga.gov.au/reporting-problems.

Please describe the issue without including the patient’s name, date of birth or other identifying details.
