How to order.
Most pharmacies already hold an account with at least one of our wholesale partners. In that case there is nothing to set up.
Direct with Alma
A direct account gives you our full range, first access to new releases, wholesale pricing and a named account manager. Verification is against the state pharmacy register and the pharmacist’s AHPRA registration.

Dispensing an unapproved medicine carries paperwork a normal script does not. Our team works through it with you.
- Approval documentation Guidance on the TGA and state or territory approvals you need to sight and retain before dispensing, and what a complete record looks like.
- SAS‑B follow‑up Where a script arrives without approval attached, we help the pharmacy and the prescriber close the loop instead of leaving the patient waiting.
- Batch certificates on file A certificate of analysis for the exact batch you hold, downloadable from the portal for your dispensing record.
- Product quality and adverse event reporting A direct line for pharmacovigilance, with batch number capture, so reports reach our quality team rather than a general inbox. Report an issue.
- Staff briefings Short sessions for dispensary staff on storage, recording, counselling points and handling patient questions within the advertising rules.

We verify
We check the pharmacy against the relevant state or territory register and the responsible pharmacist against the AHPRA public register.
Terms
We email your account terms and trading conditions for acceptance.
Order
Portal credentials are issued to the named pharmacist. Your account manager introduces themselves the same week.
