How to order.

Most pharmacies already hold an account with at least one of our wholesale partners. In that case there is nothing to set up.

Route A

Through a wholesale partner

Alma products are carried by Leafio, The Entourage Effect, Breathe Life Sciences and Aeris Health. Order on your existing account, on your existing terms, with your existing delivery schedule.

Route B

Direct with Alma

A direct account gives you our full range, first access to new releases, wholesale pricing and a named account manager. Verification is against the state pharmacy register and the pharmacist’s AHPRA registration.

Storage & handling	Schedule 8 products must be stored and recorded in accordance with the poisons legislation of your state or territory. Storage conditions for each product are stated on the approved label and in the formulary.
Returns & credits	Credit for stock damaged in transit, short supplied or incorrectly supplied. Unopened stock cannot be returned once delivered.
Backorder policy	Shown against each product when you order: the quantity available now, and the date the rest is expected. An order for more than the available quantity is split into what ships now and what follows, and your confirmation names both.

Service standards are targets, not guarantees, and exclude events outside our control. Current stock availability is shown in the ordering portal.

Dispensing support

Dispensing support.

Dispensing an unapproved medicine carries paperwork a normal script does not. Our team works through it with you.

Approval documentation Guidance on the TGA and state or territory approvals you need to sight and retain before dispensing, and what a complete record looks like.
SAS‑B follow‑up Where a script arrives without approval attached, we help the pharmacy and the prescriber close the loop instead of leaving the patient waiting.
Batch certificates on file A certificate of analysis for the exact batch you hold, downloadable from the portal for your dispensing record.
Product quality and adverse event reporting A direct line for pharmacovigilance, with batch number capture, so reports reach our quality team rather than a general inbox. Report an issue.
Staff briefings Short sessions for dispensary staff on storage, recording, counselling points and handling patient questions within the advertising rules.

Complete the form. It takes about three minutes and asks only for what we need to verify you. Have the responsible pharmacist’s AHPRA certificate to hand — the form asks for it.

We verify

We check the pharmacy against the relevant state or territory register and the responsible pharmacist against the AHPRA public register.

Terms

We email your account terms and trading conditions for acceptance.

Order

Portal credentials are issued to the named pharmacist. Your account manager introduces themselves the same week.

AHPRA certificate of registration * The responsible pharmacist’s current certificate, as downloaded from AHPRA. PDF, JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 15 MB. We cannot open the account without it.

TGA Authorised Prescriber notices Optional here. If you already hold MAP notices for the prescribers you dispense for, attaching them now saves a step. You can add them in the portal later.
